NOTICE OF CHANGE TO OUR FUNDS AVAILABILITY

Due to changes in Federal Regulation CC, the amount of funds that must be made available to you will be changing effective July 1, 2025.

The amount available for withdrawal by checks not subject to next day availability increases from $225 to $275.

In addition, the amount available for withdrawal on exception holds for large deposits, new accounts, and the amount for determining a repeat overdraft increases from $5,525 to $6,725.

Millbury National Bank’s policy has not changed, and all deposits will be available the next business day. If we delay availability on a deposit, we will provide a notice of delayed availability to you.
