Oran D. Matson, Third Generation Director

Oran, “David”, has been with the board of Millbury National Bank since 1981. He is the owner of Highland Farm in Millbury and a retired Town Clerk of Millbury. He has held many positions in different associations and committees within town.

Stuart D. Mulhane, Second Generation Director

Stuart has been on Millbury National Bank’s Board of Directors since 1990. He is the owner of Mulhane Funeral Home. He served in the 25th Infantry Division in Vietnam for a year in 1968. While he was there, he earned two purple hearts.

Kathleen C. Marcum, Third Generation Director & Current CEO

Kate has been on the Board of Directors since 2001. She is currently the Bank’s CEO. She became Chairman of the Board in 2016. She is a third generation Chairman and President.

David M. Matson DMD, Fourth Generation Director

David has been with Millbury National as a Board Member since 2010. He is the founder and co-owner of Millbury Family Dentistry and has been active in organized dentistry for over thirty years. He has held teaching positions with Tufts University School of Dental Medicine as well as the University of Massachusetts Medical School. David is a graduate of Millbury Memorial High School, Assumption College and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Suzanne C. Nydam, Third Generation Director

Sue has been on the Board of Directors since 2015. She is the Bank’s Executive Vice President and CFO. She joined the Millbury National Bank team in 2016.

Michael J. Keating, First Generation Director

Mike joined the Board in 2016. He is the owner of Keating Enterprises Inc and has been in business for over 50 years. He is a professor at Becker College along with being an ordained minister. Mike served as a staff sergeant in the U.S. Air Force National Guard for 9 years.

Matthew J. Mulhane, Third Generation Director

Matt joined the Board in 2021. He is a fifth-generation Funeral Director and Owner at Mulhane Home for Funerals. He is currently the football coach at Sutton/Douglas High School, is a member of the Millbury Lion's Club, and served on Millbury's Bicentennial Celebration Committee.

John T. Latino Jr., First Generation Director & Current Bank President

John was elected to the Board of Directors in 2024. He is currently serving as the Bank's President and COO. He is a first generation Director.

Kate has been with Millbury National Bank since 1992. She previously worked at Mechanics Bank and Guaranty Bank for many years. Kate is a third generation Bank Director and President. Her background is in Commercial Lending.

John has been with Millbury National Bank since 2004. He has held positions in many departments including retail, operations, and loans. His primary responsibility is Commercial Lending and he oversees the day-to-day operation of the Bank.

Cheryl A. Castonguay, Vice President

Cheryl has been with Millbury National Bank since 1997. She has held many positions at the Bank and today she is a Vice President. She manages Operations and is the Compliance Officer. Cheryl is also the BSA and Security Officer.

Jaquelene, or “Jax” as she is better known, has been with Millbury National Bank since 2010. She is currently a Vice President and she oversees the loan department, credit analysis, and loan portfolio administration.

Ashley started with the Bank as a part time teller in 2012. She now focuses on commercial lending and credit analysis. Ashley also oversees all the Bank's marketing and social media.

Julie has worked for Millbury National Bank since 1987. She is the Assistant Vice President of Accounting and Human Resources. Over the years, Julie has been involved in various roles within the Bank.

Gabbi Lemanski, Loan Operations Officer

Gabbi started with the Bank in 2021 as a teller. She quickly became a strong asset of the Bank's, moved up to a Customer Service Representative and is now our Loan Operations Officer. Now she is mainly focused on loan operations and providing credit support.

Casey Hibbard, Customer Experience Officer

Casey Hibbard started at the Bank in September of 2023 as a Customer Experience Manager. He has done a great job filling this position. Casey is primarily responsible for overseeing the retail staff and the customer experience.
